Produced by Asahara, a small traditional brewery founded in 1882, Sayori sake is a junmai meaning no added alcohol, and a nakadori meaning only the heart of the press was used to make it.

Rather fruity and iodized, this nihonshu will suit all the curious who wish to experience sake.

Sake or nihonshu is a Japanese alcoholic beverage measuring 14 to 17% by volume, made from a mixture of water, yeast and steamed rice of which about 20% has first been inoculated with a mushroom to allow better fermentation.
