Tips for use:

Before first use, soak the whisk tines in warm water for about 30 seconds to soften the bamboo. Add sifted matcha and hot water (about 80°C / 175°F), then whisk in a rapid "W" or zigzag motion until a fine foam forms. Rinse gently with warm water after each use and allow it to air dry, preferably on a whisk holder (kusenaoshi) to help maintain its shape.
