Gekkeikan Horin Junmai Daiginjo is an ultra-premium sake from Kyoto’s renowned Fushimi region, crafted by one of Japan’s most historic breweries. Made with a blend of premium rice varieties (Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku) polished to 50%, it represents a refined and elegant expression of the Junmai Daiginjo style.
Highly aromatic and beautifully balanced, it reveals delicate notes of melon, pear, green apple and floral nuances. On the palate, it is smooth and rounded with a soft, slightly creamy texture, supported by subtle umami and fresh acidity.
