Hakutsuru sake

Junmai sake is brewed using traditional techniques and customs, and uses only selected rice and natural spring water drawn from the famous Miyamizu Spring. It is characterized by its well-structured and perfectly matured taste as well as by its mellow flavor on the palate. Can be used as cooking sake.
