Brewed exclusively with premium Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50% and pure Miyamizu spring water, Sho-Une ("Soaring Clouds") represents the elegance and refinement of the Junmai Daiginjo style.
Graceful and beautifully balanced, it opens with delicate aromas of apple, pear, strawberry and nectarine. The palate is silky and velvety with subtle fruit sweetness, gentle umami and a refined complexity that leads to a long, clean finish.
