Ippon Asaret is a distinctive barrel-aged wild ale brewed in Montreal by Ippon Beer in collaboration with Robin Bière Naturelle. Crafted with locally sourced ingredients, including Canadian asaret (wild ginger), it highlights a unique terroir-driven and culinary-inspired approach.

Light and complex, it delivers a refined balance of gentle acidity, delicate spice and earthy aromatics. The asaret brings subtle notes of ginger, pepper and herbal warmth, layered with hints of green apple and soft oak from barrel aging. Dry and elegant, it finishes crisp and refreshing with a slightly funky character.
