Crafted using Akita Sake Komachi rice polished to 55%, this Junmai Ginjo reflects the brewery's philosophy of minimal intervention, allowing the natural fermentation process to create a sake of remarkable purity and elegance. With an alcohol content of approximately 16%, it offers a refined balance of fruit, freshness and subtle spice.
Soft and expressive, it opens with aromas of alpine strawberry, ripe apple and hints of fennel. The palate is silky and layered, revealing delicate fruit, gentle umami and lively acidity, followed by subtle white pepper spice on a long, clean finish. Elegant without being overly fruity, it is exceptionally food-friendly and showcases the refined style of Akita sake.
