Hitachino Nest Saison du Japon is a unique Japanese craft saison brewed by Kiuchi Brewery, blending Belgian farmhouse traditions with Japanese ingredients. Brewed with rice koji (used in sake production) and a touch of yuzu citrus, it offers a refined fusion of beer and sake brewing techniques. 

Light to medium-bodied (around 5–5.5% ABV), it delivers a delicate yet complex profile. Expect citrus-forward aromas, especially lemon and yuzu, along with subtle spice and floral yeast notes. On the palate, it combines gentle sweetness from rice koji with bright acidity and a crisp, dry finish, creating a refreshing and elegant beer.
