Five-spice roasted caramelized pork inspired by the famous Cantonese Chinese BBQ. Marinated in a sweet and savoury blend of spices and Asian sauces, char siu offers a juicy texture with rich umami flavour and a lightly caramelized finish. Keeps up to 1 week refrigerated or 1 year frozen. (2–3 servings)
Best ways to use :
- Serve with steamed rice or noodles

Cooking instructions: Thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Reheat in a small saucepan over medium heat and partially cover for about 5 minutes.
